– **Your Company’s Server**: All attendance data is stored on your company’s own server infrastructure

– **No Third-Party Sharing**: We do NOT share your data with any third parties

– **When In Use Only**: Location is accessed ONLY when you actively check in/check out
– **Not in Background**: We do NOT track your location when the app is not in use
– **Purpose**: Location data is used solely to verify you are at an authorized work location

– **Purpose**: Photos are used for identity verification during check-in
– **Storage**: Photos are stored on your company’s server
– **Access**: Only authorized HR personnel can access attendance photos
